IDEA needs feed back

Hey I'm KupCake, annnddd i'm kindaa new lol but I was thinking...ii wanted to do something like a fan fiction story about Nicki... but ii need people who would constantly read and run it... with comments and criticism, what your thinking constantly... and If you wanted to be in the story I could do that...
do you guys thing I should make a blog for it or leave it on the dashboards?
or is it even a good idea at all?
