December 16th, 2010, Pastor Steve Jerbi asked if I could perform for the annual Kwanzaa service at All Peoples Church in Milwaukee, WI... At the time, I wasn’t so sure of what to do… But inspiration quickly came after watching President Obama’s Back-To-School Speech… I took two previously written verses and edited a beat I’d made, adding in samples from our President…

After an emotional performance, I went home and began reconstructing… One week later, this is the final piece… This is my first time doing this, so I'm a little nervous.. But, I hope you enjoy!
