Will Whip It ever be a single?

Hi Everyone!
My favorite song of PF:RR is definitely Whip It, it's so crazy and full of life, however I have been waiting and hoping forever that Nicki would release a video for it. She posted that poll previously and although VVV won, Nicki decided to ignore the results and released Pound the Alarm instead lol, but what about Whip It?
When a fan tweeted her about the video of Whip it she replied and tweeted that she knew exactly where she would shoot the video.
On the other hand, on Wikipedia, it says that Nicki also tweeted that there is a video for Whip It but she won't release it.
I think I have missed this on twitter, can anyone confirm it? I seriously hope this is not true :'(...
