Help Nicki Pick Charities!

Posted by User

Nicki Minaj wants to make some charitable donations and help raise money for worthy causes, but she's looking for your input!

What charity means a lot to you? What organization should she and the Barbz help raise money and awareness for?  Tell us the name of the organization and why.  Post your response in the form of a comment here.  We'll take the top charities posted and make an exclusive user
poll with that data for everyone to vote.

Please keep your suggestion to 100 words or less and and only make one charity suggestion per person.

Thank you!

    Dear nicki
The program that I nominate is Tumbleweed Open Hands non profit organization from Phoenix Arizona. This organization focuses on helping at risk youth. Which include homless teens or teens with family problems from ages 11 to 17 and also for young adults, there is transitional help to become fully independent.

I believe the charity most needed for donations would have to be To write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA). This charity not only make suicide, addiction, and self harm aware to everyone, but it also lets everyone know that their are people willing to sit and hear their stories of pain and heart ache, it shows people that they actually care. Nikki, you are such an inspirational person, I believe this charity suits you.

Hello, Nicki my name is Alysia Williams I am 20-year old college student and you are more than just artist to me you are my sister but anyway, the charity organization I think you should choose should be Human Trafficking the reason being is because this cause is so VERY close to my heart and soul and it by far the fastest and most deadly growing epidemic in the world. If you choose this organization your donation is going to literally mean the difference is another human being lives to see another day or die in the most in humane possible. In addition t that over 1/3 of the people who are sold and kidnapped, forced into this under ground black market are children under the age of 12. So Nicki please I ask that may you choose this most worthy cause because it is so dear to my heart. P.S. The name of the organization is called Children of the Night thank you so much for your precious time.

This may seem out of context but there is a new organization to help students from South Sudan to become doctors. South Sudan is the worlds newest nation and right now there are almost no doctors. There is also currently no medical school so students have to travel to neihboring countries to become doctors, but few can afford this. The new organization is e ginning to fund medical education for young South Sudanese students and will help form a medical school in South Sudan. The web site is futuredoctorsforsudan.org
