I would suggest just checking the "Events" page every day and eventually a "Buy VIP Packages" tab will appear next to your gig. They do send out an email but it's usually a few hours after the passes go up and often a lot are already gone. *sigh* I'd just suggest checking whenever you can and hopefully you'll get lucky! *positive vibes*
