Week 14 report card: Redskins fail for FedEx-ing it in

WEEK 14 REPORT CARDn
ABroncos: "Shove it." We love it. They'd probably be No. 1 if the NFL used the BCS system.n
Chargers: It doesn't mean much in the grand scheme, but San Diego fans enjoyed watching the Bolts lay a beatdown on Eli Manning.
Chiefs: The test may have been easy, but Kansas City aced it.n
Saints: This may be news in fantasy circles, but Cameron Jordan is better than Jordan Cameron (who's pretty darn good). Did you know — Marques Colston has never been a Pro Bowler? Criminal.
WEATHER ANALYSIS: Why points piled up in the snown
A-49ers: Despite their recent track record in the Pacific Northwest, Sunday's triumph has to be a confidence boost given the probability the Niners may be going back to Seattle in the playoffs. They certainly look best equipped for a breakthrough at CenturyLink Field.
Cardinals: If they move back to Chicago, can they take over first place in the underwhelming NFC North? With rookie Tyrann Mathieu gone and the 49ers and Seahawks still on the schedule, it appears Arizona's playoff bid will peter out. But Bruce Arians deserves another round of coach of the year votes.
Eagles: A stunning midseason turnaround has Chip Kelly and Co. in the NFC East driver's seat and deserving of respect. Now that the offense has shown it can work with snow chains, the biggest question at the moment may be about the kick coverage units.
VIDEO: Eagles soaring in latest power rankingsn
B+Bears: Marc Trestman is going to be hard pressed to stick to his guns and pull Josh McCown when impending free agent Jay Cutler is healthy enough to play. Messing with the offense seems doubly foolish given the decrepit state of the defense.
Bengals: If Andy Dalton continues to successfully convert downfield throws, this team is a legitimate Super Bowl threat.
Dolphins: Benefited from their own resolve — and some serious luck on the final play in Pittsburgh — as they survived non-Floridian conditions in their ongoing bid to survive their own scandal and the regular season.
BBuccaneers: Bobby Rainey's 80-yard TD sprint to start the game produced about one-third of Tampa's offensive output. But that was than enough backup for a suffocating Bucs defense. No one wants to play them this month, a remarkable statement given where they were at the start of last month.
Packers: Defense stepped up to help Matt Flynn, whose previous salvage job produced a tie, which is looking increasingly helpful. If Aaron Rodgers is ready to take the baton, Flynn did a nice job giving the 2011 MVP a chance to win the NFC North race.
Ravens: It was too cold Sunday to be playing with fire, but you get the point. Now comes the hard part — a season-ending three-game stretch against opponents a collective 13 games over .500.
B-Jaguars: They enjoyed a rare home win in front of a national audience (we watched) as Gus Bradley's culture continues to take root. But how many of these Jags will still be on the roster (or in the NFL) in 2014?
Jets: Credit Geno Smith for doing more than getting out of the way of his defense and running game and trying to manage a win. Still, surviving the depleted Raiders proved little.
Browns: They deserved to win, but officials stole it away from them. Cleveland may need a quality runner more than it needs a passer, though quarterback speculation will dominate offseason talk.
