Nicki Minaj has insisted that she will not reveal the specific targets of her songs.

During an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, the rapper explained that she writes lyrics in response to things said about her in the press and that only those guilty of slamming her need to worry about being confronted on her tracks.

"When you put out records, only the guilty ones feel like you're talking about them," she said.

"If you have nothing to worry about, if you never came out saying stuff, if you never came out saying your ungrateful bulls**t, then you wouldn't worry about it."

Nicki went on to add that she finds explanations of her music unnecessary as her fans naturally understand what she means to say.

"I feel like my music, my fans know everything that's going on," she revealed.

"Every time I talk, every time I spit raps, my fans know who I'm talking about, what I'm talking about. I don't have to sit up here and detail it. No. For what?"
